Driver sent to hospital after Halifax collision

Police in Halifax are investigating a head-on collision between two vehicles on Friday.
Police say the accident happened on Prospect Bay Road around 7:30 p.m.
They say the occupants of both vehicles were checked by emergency officials, but no one was seriously injured.
Police said the driver of one of the vehicles received a large cut on her head and was taken to the hospital for observation.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
