Man marks 1,000th blood donation

Sandy Sanford, 80, has become one of only five people in Canada to have donated blood 1,000 times.
He is also the oldest Canadian to have reached the 1,000 donation mark.
The CBC’s Colleen Jones was there to witness Sanford’s incredible milestone.
