N.S. MLA renews call for February holiday, again

It's that time of the year again. Time to debate whether Nova Scotians deserve another statutory holiday.
Diana Whalen, the Liberal MLA for Halifax Clayton Park has been calling on the government to declare an annual February holiday since 2004.
