Halifax police are looking for a man after a failed armed robbery at a store on Agricola Street Sunday night.

Police said a man wearing a ski mask went into Toulany's Meat Market, located at 2405 Agricola Street, at 8:43 p.m.

The suspect then pulled out a knife and demanded cash.

He fled the scene before he could take anything from the store.

Police describe the man as black, in his early 40s, about six feet tall with a thin build. At the time of the attempted robbery he was wearing a black ski mask, blue jacket and jeans.
