RCMP have released the name of a man killed in a crash on Cow Bay Road Monday afternoon.
Jeffery Edward Payne, 50, of Cole Harbour died when the vehicle he was driving flipped into the ditch and landed on its roof.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
