Stabbing in Spryfield sends 1 to hospital

A man is in hospital after being stabbed on Forbes Street in Halifax last night.
Several people approached an apartment building just after 8 p.m. and targeted the 44-year-old man who was stabbed outside, according to Sgt. Rob Lowther.
The victim underwent surgery, but his injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
Police have suspects in mind, but no one is in custody.
Witnesses are co-operating, Lowther said.
