Windsor developing bylaw for exotic animals

Reptiles, snakes, spiders and other exotic animals may soon not be allowed as pets in the town of Windsor.
The mayor tells the CBC's Bob Murphy that the town is drafting a bylaw in the name of safety.
However, owners don't think their unique pets are a risk.
