A woman was dragged by a vehicle in Sydney Saturday night.
She was taken to hospital, treated for minor injuries and released, said Cape Breton Regional Police.
A suspect has been arrested and assault charges are pending, police said.
The incident occurred on Davenport Road, about 7 p.m.
No information about the victim or suspect has been released.
