Cape Breton climbs to 3rd in island ranking

Cape Breton has been voted the third best island in the world by readers of Travel and Leisure magazine.
Only Bali and the Galapagos islands ranked higher.
Cape Breton Island finished 10th last year. This year, it managed to hang on to its title as the best island in Canada and the continental U.S.
The magazine surveys its readers for its annual lists. Islands are rated for their natural attractions, activities and sights, restaurants and food, people, and value.
