One man was killed Thursday when a car and a tractor-trailer collided on Nova Scotia's Highway 101.
The collision happened around noon near Windsor.
The RCMP said the small car turned onto the highway at Exit 5a, crossed the centre line and hit the oncoming truck.
The 63-year-old driver of the car died at the scene. There was no one else in the vehicle. The truck driver was not injured.
The highway was temporarily closed between exits 5 and 6 as RCMP investigated.
