Good grief! A massive pumpkin grown from Canadian seeds has gone missing from the front yard of a home in Flint, Mich.

Bill Teer spent five months growing the 204-kilogram pumpkin. He ordered the Atlantic Giant seeds from Nova Scotia in February.

It had only been on display for about a day before his wife noticed it had disappeared from the front yard of their Grand Blanc Township home.

Teer told the Flint Journal he suspects someone must have seen what happened to the colossal squash.

"You can't miss the thing," Teer told the Journal.

He said it would require a small team just to move the pumpkin.

Teer, a veteran pumpkin grower, took up harvesting the giant gourds as an activity to share with his two sons.

He is offering $200 US for the giant pumpkin's return. He said the reward value was picked because he believes the squash is worth about $1 for each kilogram of weight.
