A man has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself from a second-storey apartment window and then urinating on people watching the Pictou Lobster Carnival parade.

No one was injured in the incident, which according to witnesses started in an apartment on Water Street on the weekend.

When RCMP on bicycle patrol arrived, another man kicked out a window, spraying shards of glass.

RCMP said one man faces charges of being a common nuisance, uttering threats, underage drinking and two counts of breaching his probation, while the other faces nuisance and mischief charges.

The two men are scheduled to appear in a New Glasgow court on Monday.
