Halifax Regional Police have a gun, but no one has been charged, after shots were fired Sunday night.

Officers were called to the corner of Creighton and Buddy Daye streets at about 9:15 p.m.

Three teen boys, whom witnesses saw running near the scene, were questioned by police and later released.

A gun was found on Brunswick Street near Gerrish Street.  

No one was hurt.  

Police said they are still investigating.
