Police arrest, then release man in Diggs homicide case
The man was question then released without charge
Halifax police have arrested and released a man in connection with a homicide in Halifax's downtown bar district, Const. Brian Palmeter said.
Kaylin Todd Diggs, 26, was killed early Saturday morning on Argyle Street.
The man, who police are not identifying, was brought in for questioning Wednesday evening. He was questioned and released without charge.
Police also say the last of five people who are believed to have seen the fatal attack has come forward.
This week, police released photographs of the witnesses in an attempt to identify them.
