Man charged with drunk driving 2 days in a row
A 62-year-old Lower Sackville man has been charged two days in a row with driving drunk, say RCMP.
On Tuesday afternoon, a witness at a Petro-Canada gas station reported seeing an impaired driver and officers located the driver on Hallmark Avenue in Lower Sackville.
The man's breath samples were more than three times the legal blood alcohol limit, said RCMP. He was arrested and released.
On Wednesday night, RCMP received a driving complaint on Hartford Drive and saw someone turning into a driveway on Hallmark Avenue.
The same 62-year-old man was again arrested for impaired driving and had a breath sample more than three times the legal limit, said RCMP.
He's due in Dartmouth provincial court on July 17.
