Kenneth Douglas MacNeil of Cape Breton missing since Wednesday

Cape Breton Regional Police and ground search and rescue crews are searching for a missing 50-year-old man.

No indication of foul play

Cape Breton Regional Police and rescue crews are spending Sunday searching for a missing 50-year-old man.

Kenneth Douglas MacNeil was last seen near his home in Leitches Creek, about 10 kilometres east of Sydney, on Wednesday at 5 p.m.

Police originally released the missing person's notice on Friday.

Dave Hooper, search manager for Cape Breton Search and Rescue, says eight people were on the ground searching for MacNeil on Sunday.

He says there is no indication of foul play.
