High-speed crash in Lower Sackville sends 4 to hospital
Two cars, a bicycle and 5 people were involved in the crash, say RCMP
Nova Scotia RCMP are investigating a collision Saturday afternoon involving two cars and a bicycle that injured four people.
At around 12:20 p.m., RCMP saw a vehicle speeding north on Cobequid Road in Lower Sackville.
Police then pursued the car which crashed moments later near the Ultramar gas station at the corner of Glendale Drive and Cobequid Road.
RCMP say the investigation is still in its early stages but confirmed two cars, a bicycle and five people were involved in the crash.
Four of the five people involved were injured and taken to hospital. It’s not known how serious the injuries are.
Cobequid Road was down to one lane Saturday afternoon as police investigated the incident.
