The Halifax Rainmen have fired head coach Chris Terrell less than four months after he took the job in August.

The team has not yet won a single game this season, with a 0-6 skid. They also lost both preseason games.

Andre Livingston, the owner of the National Basketball League of Canada team, said he fired Terrell because the team is underachieving and he wasn't seeing signs of improvement.

Livingston said he hopes to hire a new coach in the next few days.

The team is in the middle of a two-week break, and will be back on the court Dec. 5.
