Cape Breton Regional Police are investigating after a man was stabbed "a couple of times" in Glace Bay this morning.
Police were called to Seaview Street in Glace Bay for a domestic dispute at 11:54 a.m.
When officers arrived, they found a 44-year-old man who had been stabbed more than once. He was taken to the Cape Breton Regional Hospital for treatment. Police say the man's injuries were not life threatening.
A second man, who is in his 30s, was arrested at the scene, but charges have not been laid.
The investigation, which is still in its early stages, is being assisted by members of the major crime unit.
A weapon was recovered by police, but police aren't saying what it is.
Police say the two men know each other.
