George Clow named as fisherman who died on N.S. trip
Prince Edward Island man found on the Margaree River in Cape Breton
RCMP have named a Prince Edward Island man who died on Monday while on a Nova Scotia fishing trip.
George Arthur Clow, 70, was fishing the Margaree River in Cape Breton. He was last seen at 3 p.m., when he and the other four people on the trip split up to fish different pools.
RCMP were called when Clow did not return to their meeting place.
A search team found Clow dead in the river. The matter remains under investigation, police said.
He is from Sherbrooke, P.E.I.
