Dylan Peter Roach must serve at least 13 years of a life sentence before he's eligible for parole after a fatal shooting in Halifax's north end in 2012.

Roach was sentenced to concurrent charges on Wednesday for second-degree murder and aggravated assault.

He’s eligible for parole in 13 years.

Corey Duane Lucas was shot and killed at an apartment on Clifton Street on May 25, 2012. William Bolliver was shot in the leg and injured in the same incident.
