Halifax Regional Police are still investigating after finding two pellet guns and an unsecured rifle on Saturday at Dartmouth Metals.

The discovery of the weapons followed a report of an armed man in the area Saturday.

Police blocked a street and kept employees at nearby businesses under lockdown for several hours.

No gunman was found, and police cleared the scene at about 6 p.m. Saturday.

Police have not said who owns the weapons or exactly where they were found. They say charges are still possible.
