A man's death in Dartmouth, N.S., Saturday is no longer being treated as suspicious, police say.

The man, who was in his 50s, was found dead in an apartment on Highfield Park Drive. Police initially treated it as suspicious, but said Sunday that an autopsy had ruled that out.

Police have also released the apartment, which they had held after the man was found.

They released no further information about the death.
