Dairy Queen fire in Cole Harbour ruled arson

Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency say a fire at a Cole Harbour Dairy Queen Sunday was deliberately set.

No one was injured when a fire broke out at the restaurant last Sunday

Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency say a fire at a Cole Harbour Dairy Queen Sunday was deliberately set.

Last Sunday, an RCMP officer driving by the restaurant located at 1038 Cole Harbour Rd. spotted flames inside the drive-through window at about 1:15 a.m. and called for help.

The restaurant was closed at the time and nobody was inside.

The file on the suspicious fire has been turned over to the RCMP for further investigation.
