Boy, 11, struck by car in Timberlea

An 11-year-old boy suffered non-life threatening injuries after he was struck crossing St. Margarets Bay Road Tuesday morning.

An 11-year-old boy suffered non-life threatening injuries after he was struck crossing St. Margarets Bay Road on Timberlea Tuesday morning.

Police said the boy was crossing the busy road at civic address 2370, running to catch his bus when he was hit.

The boy suffered injuries to his leg but they were non-life threatening.

Police said they don't believe any charges will be laid.
