17-year-old male ticketed after Dartmouth girl hit with vehicle

A 17-year-old male has been ticketed for driving with a suspended licence after a six-year-old girl was hit by a vehicle on Kennedy Drive in Dartmouth on Monday evening.

Driver had suspended licence; 6-year-old girl suffered minor injuries to her legs

A 17-year-old male has been ticketed for driving with a suspended licence after a six-year-old girl was hit by a vehicle on Kennedy Drive in Dartmouth on Monday evening.

The girl was playing on her scooter when the vehicle backed up into her at around 6:30 p.m.

The girl suffered minor injuries to her legs and no bones were broken. She remains in hospital where she is under observation.
