Yellowknife RCMP released sketches Thursday of two suspects in a home invasion that happened June 17.

Police say a woman suffered minor injuries in the incident.

The second suspect in a Yellowknife home invasion is described as a light-complexioned black male with a tattoo on the side of his neck. (RCMP)

The two suspects said they were police officers to get inside the residence. Police say the incident was not a random act.

The first suspect is described as a white male about 5 foot 7, with brown eyes and short brown hair, shaved on the sides.

The second suspect is described as a light-complexioned black male but may be another ethnicity with a dark complexion. He is taller than the first suspect, thin, and has a tattoo on the side of his neck.
