Whitehorse police seek Honda Civic in downtown hit and run
RCMP are seeking a Honda Civic following a report of a hit and run on Strickland Avenue, in downtown Whitehorse, Monday afternoon.
A 20-year-old woman reported being struck by a car while crossing Strickland at around 1:30 p.m., between First and Second Avenue. She said the driver did not stop after hitting her.
She was taken to the hospital, treated for minor injuries and released.
Police are looking for a dark blue, 4-door Honda Civic with a "RUSH" sticker in the back window.
