Whitehorse man charged in Sakura Sushi break-in
A Whitehorse man faces charges following a break-in early Tuesday morning at a downtown restaurant.
RCMP say a person called 911 at around 5 a.m. to report suspicious activity on Wood Street around the Sakura Sushi Restaurant.
When police arrived, they arrested a 21-year-old man who fit the description provided by the caller.
The suspect has been charged with break and enter, possession of a weapon and three charges of failing to comply with a probation order.
