Nunavik coroner to investigate Kangirsuk death
Woman pronounced dead after being found near scene of impaired driving arrest

A coroner in Nunavik has been asked to investigate the death of a woman in Kangirsuk, Que., last Friday.
A spokesperson for the Kativik Regional Police Force told CBC in a written statement that police received reports of a missing woman last Friday at around 5:30 p.m.
Police officers and the Canadian Rangers were involved in the search.
The woman was later found and brought to the health centre where she was pronounced dead.
Police have turned all related files over to the coroner because the death occurred near an impaired driving arrest made by the KRPF.
Police are not releasing the name of the deceased.
