Candidates' signs for the municipal election line the roadside in Whitehorse. (CBC)The five candidates for mayor of Whitehorse — Dan Curtis, Scott Howell, Rick Karp, Bernie Phillips and Mandeep Singh Sidhu — faced off Thursday night at a debate sponsored by the Whitehorse Chamber of Commerce.
