Kam Lake candidate Bryan Sutherland was charged for not paying a fine for filing his candidate financial report late.

Nunakput candidate Eddie Dillon and his official agent Terri Kuptana were charged with failing to make declarations, pay a fine, and file a candidate financial report within the timeframes set out in the act.

Both have now paid their $250 fines and have signed compliance agreements acknowledging their responsibility for violating the act and promising to follow the regulations in the future.

Dillon and his official agent have also now completed and passed in his financial report.

The court charges have been stayed.
