Man found unresponsive near community arena Tuesday afternoon

The RCMP have confirmed that a body has been found in the town of Fort Smith, N.W.T.
Sgt. Wes Heron said RCMP are investigating.
Police responded to a complaint about an unresponsive male.
The RCMP are reporting that an adult male's body was found near the community arena around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
The town's mayor, Janie Hobart, said the community is saddened by the news.
"There's always sadness when something like this happens. We would of course like to pass on our condolences to his family," she said.
Police have not yet released any more information, including the name of the deceased, but already condolences are pouring out online.
Fort Smith RCMP are working with the RCMP Major Crimes Unit from Yellowknife. They're asking anyone with information to contact them.
