Searchers have found a plane missing in Nunavut, but the pilot has not been located.
An intensive, day-long air and ground search located the Cessna 206 Thursday night about halfway between Rankin Inlet and Hall Beach.
The aircraft had been on its way to a mining camp near Hall Beach, a community near the top of Hudson Bay, when it went missing Wednesday.

An official at the rescue co-ordination centre at Canadian Forces Base Trenton wouldn't comment on the condition of the plane. However, the official said the pilot wasn't found with the plane.
Two search and rescue technicians who parachuted in to the crash site Friday morning are still on the ground.
Another Canadian Forces Hercules aircraft is expected to arrive in the area this morning, and helicopters are on their way from Churchill and Hall Beach.
The plane that crashed was leased to Roche Bay PLC, a mining company that has its headquarters in Gibraltar.
