Nunavut RCMP will not be laying any charges in a crash outside an Iqaluit grocery store that sent two young girls to hospital.

Police say they have completed their investigation.

A four-year-old girl and a six-year-old girl were struck by a vehicle July 5 while they were riding bicycles outside Arctic Ventures Marketplace.

The accident happened almost one year after a four-year-old boy died after being hit by a truck on the same stretch of road.

Both girls have since been released from the hospital.
