A man who was reported missing in Behchoko, N.W.T this weekend was found safe on Monday.
RCMP and members of the community had been searching for Marty Ryan Bouvier since Saturday morning.
Bouvier's father, Jonas, says his son had gotten lost.
"He found his way," he said. "That day they put up a siren … He must have heard it."
He says when Marty Ryan was returned home, he couldn't speak, and he's currently recovering in Stanton Territorial hospital.
Marty Ryan was in the bush without food, water, or shelter for nearly three days.
