Early autopsy results on Carlick inconclusive: RCMP
Results of a preliminary autopsy on Angel Carlick, a Whitehorse teenager whose body was found earlier this month, were inconclusive, policesay.
A release sent Mondayby Whitehorse RCMP stated thatYukon coroner Sharon Hanley was unable to determine the cause of death.
The remains of Carlick, 19, were found by a hiker in a subdivision north of the city on Nov. 9.
Police, family and friends of the Whitehorse teenager had spent the last 5½ months searching for her.
Meanwhile, RCMP say theyare continuing their investigation into Carlick's death, having concluded a search of the area where her body was found.
