Aerial search turns up no leads to missing Whitehorse man
David Boyle, 53, was last seen Aug. 30
There's still no sign of a Whitehorse man who went missing Aug. 30, despite an aerial search by RCMP.
David Boyle, 53, was last seen driving a white Ford pickup truck with Skookum Asphalt stickers on the rear window and side panels and Yukon licence plate CWR90.
Const. Dean Hoogland said police have not been able to confirm reports that Boyle was on his way to Watson Lake.
"We've had an aerial search conducted [Thursday]," he said.
"The results of that search at this time are negative and our aerial searches at this time are based on leads that have been generated to us by the public. We ask that the public continue to provide us with any details they may remember or might have seen."
Anyone with information can contact the Whitehorse RCMP detachment or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 if they wish to remain anonymous.
