3 Yukoners face charges after Watson Lake drug seizure
RCMP seized 7.9 grams of cocaine, as well as small amounts of marijuana, rifles, other materials
Three people are facing drug-related charges after RCMP seizes drugs from a home in Watson Lake, Yukon.
The RCMP executed a search warrant on Monday at a home on Nisutlin Way.
Officers seized 7.9 grams of cocaine, as well as a small amount of marijuana, rifles and a sum of cash.
John Thomas Papequash, 31, of Whitehorse and Terence Curtis Dendys, 20, of Watson Lake each face charges, including possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
Agnes Rose Reid, 49, also of Watson Lake also faces charges, including possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking as well as two firearms charges.
All three remain in custody.
Dendys and Reid are scheduled to appear in court in Whitehorse on April 29, and Papequash is scheduled to appear on May 7.
