Knit in public with Weekend AM
Get tangled up in highlights from World Wide Knit in Public Day
Weekend AM at CBC Radio One in Newfoundland and Labrador celebrated World Wide Knit in Public Day on Saturday with a knit-along.
The event, held annually on the second Saturday in June, is run by knitters who organize public events to celebrate community and creativity.
Weekend AM host Heather Barrett invited master knitters Rayna Curtis, Christine LeGrow, and Shirley Scott into the CBC studio in St. John's to yarn about knitting.
Here are some of the highlights.
