Acclaimed St. John's chef Mark McCrowe loves cooking with cod, and has great suggestions for those taking to the waters this weekend in the annual recreational fishery.

McCrowe, who owns the St. John's restaurants Aqua and The Club, loves cooking fish with simple ingredients that bring out the best in both flavour and texture.
