On this week's Sunday Scoff, Raymonds chef Jeremy Charles makes some snow crab gnocchi with Weekend A.M. host Angela Antle.

But the fun doesn't end at the gnocchi dish — sommelier Jeremy Bonia brings out a couple of local wines to complement the meal.

Charles and Bonia are the owners of popular St. John's restaurant Raymonds.

Raymonds was named Canada's best new restaurant by enRoute Magazine in 2011.
