Police search for firebomber in St. John's

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is searching for a person who torched several vehicles at Her Majesty's Penitentiary early Wednesday morning.
Police have released surveillance video from the prison, which shows someone at around 3 a.m. on Wednesday, dousing three vehicles in the parking lot with an accelerant, and then lighting them on fire.
One vehicle sustained moderate damage, while the other two have minor damage.
A spokesperson said police believe the person was injured, and they're looking for tips from the public.
Police are also searching for a dark-coloured vehicle that was spotted in the area around the time of the incident.
