RNC concerned about theft of guns in Corner Brook

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is seeking the public's help following a report of stolen guns in Corner Brook last week.
Police said someone broke into a shed on a residential property on French's Road between 3 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. on Saturday.
The items stolen include a Ranger 12-gauge shotgun and a double-barrel shotgun.
Police are concerned about the nature of the items stolen, and consider their possible presence on the street to be a public safety concern.
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact police of Crime Stoppers.
