Drugs and weapons seized in St. John's house

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has seized a variety of drugs and weapons from a house in St. John's.
They were discovered Tuesday evening when police searched a home on Torbay Road.
Police found methamphetamine, Ritalin and various narcotics, including the new version of OxyContin.
Officers also found cash, bear spray and various home-made weapons.
A man, 31, has been charged with five counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and three breaches of court orders.
