Elderly couple dead after house fire

Two people are dead following a house fire on Neck Road in Coley's Point, Bay Roberts on Wednesday.
Police said the victims were an elderly couple in their late 70s or early 80s.
Paramedics tried to revive them on the scene but were unsuccessful.
The small bungalow is still standing but was extensively damaged.
Officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
