The website of a school in Mount Pearl has been shut down because someone posted this image.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is investigating the hacking of a school website in Mount Pearl.
Someone took over the internet site of St. Peter’s Junior High and posted a picture of an armed militant on it.
The Eastern School District says it shut down the site Monday evening and its IT staff are looking into what happened. As of Tuesday afternoon, the site was still offline.
A board spokesperson says there’s been no determined threat against the school, but parents have been informed of the situation. The school was open Tuesday.
