Boy, 14, charged with Corner Brook brick assault

A 14-year-old boy has been charged in connection with a violent assault in Corner Brook.
Police said another 14-year-old boy was hit in the head with a brick on Friday night. He was taken to hospital for treatment and later released.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary said the suspect has been charged with assault with a weapon.
He was been released to his parents, but will appear in youth court in early December.
