Premier Kathy Dunderdale says the provincial government is not holding back any information on the Muskrat Falls hydroelectric project in Labrador.

"We continue to share thousands of pages of information with the people of the province and the opposition parties," insisted Dunderdale on Saturday, as she addressed the Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador annual meeting in Gander.

"As well, there will be additional reports that explore alternatives, such as wind and natural gas," said the premier.

"Nothing, nothing is being hidden from public view."

A special debate on the Muskrat Falls project will be held in the house of assembly later this fall.
