Top chefs take on disaster dining

Three Newfoundland and Labrador chefs prepared meals in a disaster cook-off organized by the Canadian Red Cross Thursday.
The chefs used items that would be seen in anybody's disaster preparedness kit.
Here & Now's Jonathan Crowe was there for the contest.
